Tiffany Sotomayor is Power to Decide's Art Director and Multidisciplinary Designer and believes creativity is a catalyst for change. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in crafting campaigns that drive awareness, fuel civic engagement, and build connections across diverse, values-driven audiences.

Her work includes national awareness efforts, rapid-response campaigns, and social justice initiatives for organizations such as Greenpeace, the ACLU, and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute as well as creative projects for members of Congress and high-profile events featuring President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. From branding and multimedia storytelling to strategy and creative direction, Tiffany’s designs are known for their boldness, clarity, and heart—earning industry awards and helping shift behaviors around climate action, voter turnout, and public participation.
